Q: How can I purchase tickets?
There are three ways that you can purchase tickets.
1. You can order tickets online at http://themiracletheatre.ticketfly.com/.
2. Call Ticketfly at 877.987.6487 and place an order via the phone. Fees apply.
3. If a show is not sold out, there will be tickets available at the theatre on the night of the show but we recommend getting tickets in advance.

Q: Should I buy a ticket in advance?
We recommend buying tickets in advance for any shows that you plan to attend. While not all shows sell out, many do, and we are unable to guarantee that tickets will be available at the door. Getting tickets in advance also speeds up entry.

Q: How does seating work?
All seats are general admission and are seated on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Q: Are there refunds or exchanges?
No, there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets.

Q: I ordered tickets online – now what?
You will receive an email with a mobile formatted ticket or a pdf to print at home. Please bring your printed ticket or the mobile ticket on your phone with you and have it ready to show at the door.

Q: What time do shows start?
Start times and door times are available on the Calendar page. Please double-check all start times for events to avoid confusion.

Q: What food/drink is served?
We have beer and wine and snacks.
